What Orchard collects

Orchard collects the business information submitted through the questionnaire, generated implementation-plan information, email addresses supplied to save a plan, and basic website usage events.

How information is used

We use this information to generate and improve implementation plans, provide requested emails and weekly updates, understand which parts of Orchard are useful, and operate the service.

AI processing

Questionnaire information may be processed by approved AI providers to generate an Orchard plan. Do not submit passwords, payment details, confidential records, or sensitive personal information through the questionnaire.

Service providers

Orchard may use service providers for hosting, database storage, AI processing, email delivery, analytics, and subscription billing. These providers process information only as needed to deliver the service.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from marketing emails by contacting us.
